Late fee:
No payment and/or repeated late payments may result in services being discontinued. Payments are due within 15 days of receipt of invoice, afterwards it will be considered late. After 30 days late fees will incur.

Other items will be agreed upon in writing between The Storm Special Education Solutions LLC and Client before services are rendered, as well as, if any above items need to be modified. All services, descriptions, fees, etc are subject to changes and clients will be notified in writing.

Sliding fees and are fee waivers are available on a limited basis and only upon submission of supporting evidence demonstrating financial need.The storm special education solutions LLC follows the federal income guideline standards in determining which families qualify for free are reduced rate services.Please note that there is a limit to the amount of Pro Bono and sliding fee cases that the storm special education solutions LLC can accept therefore There is no guarantee that the storm special education solutions LLC can accept your case.

All fees are non-refundable. Depending on the circumstances a credit for the fee might be applied to your account to be used for that specific school year. Credits to accounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis by Tara-Lee Lynch - The Storm Special Education Solutions LLC.
